” Rebirth ” is a photo book tracing the vagaries of life during a 4-month trip Camneh took to the USA, Mexico and Cuba in 2018. It’s a chronological journey documenting her path of excess at a time when she was searching for herself – starting from exalted memories, fantasies and drug-induced states. She chose to use solarization to symbolize abundance, as well as blank pages that tell their own story, like flashes of consciousness at crucial moments.
